“In Search for Lost time” Lucy is exhibiting a range of paintings inspired by the local landscape including new recent works looking at the Ruskin Mill valley.

“This valley is rich in marks & colour- a feast of hues and patterns.  Evocative repetitious lines reminding me of childhood textiles, patchwork shapes and memories from growing up on the Old Bristol Road in the 1970s. Walking, I think  about memories of the well trodden paths and shapes of the landscape- inspired by maps & aerial viewpoints changing with time.”
